Why Anchor Teams
Ministry staff carry spiritual, physical and family strain with few safe places to put it. Pastors are asking for help, and almost nobody serves staff teams across body, mind and spirit together.
of pastors said what they most need help with is feeling physically and mentally healthy.
among pastors 45 and younger. The next generation of your staff is feeling it most.
dimensions, tracked weekly: Spiritual, Emotional, Mental, Physical, Purpose, Stewardship and Relational. Drift in one always shows up in the others.
Not a mental-fitness app. Not a gym program. Body, mind and spirit, together, with a team view.
What's Inside
Each staff member gets full Anchor. The team runs a 12-week Renewal Season together. You get a team dashboard and a weekly staff-meeting guide.
For every staff member
Weekly 7-Dimension check-in, workouts paired with devotionals, a personal coach note, and their own Drift Score trend.
Two or three extra questions written only for church staff, about the strain that comes with ministry life.
A private way to ask for support, sent to a person the staff member chooses. They ask for help themselves; no one has to guess.
For the whole team
Everyone takes it in week one, so your team starts the season with a clear, shared starting point.
Each week brings a scripture, a short video and one team challenge. Something to do together, not just one more app.
Access to the Anchor Community and the monthly recorded group reflection from your coach.
For the senior or executive pastor
A team score, all 7 Dimensions, a 12-week trend, and a weekly insight about what's moving on your staff.
A weekly staff-meeting devotional and discussion prompt, built from your team's themes. "Rest scored lowest this month" becomes a conversation.
When someone goes quiet, they get a gentle nudge. You're only alerted if that person has chosen to share with you.
An end-of-season before-and-after report, ready to hand to your elders or board.
For teams of 15–40: run worship, kids and other departments as their own teams, with one view across all of them.
What You See

Privacy, Built In
You see the team, never an individual's answers, unless that person chooses to share. If staff feel watched, they stop being honest. So we built it so they never have to wonder.
By default, leaders see team scores and trends, not personal responses.
Team totals only appear when at least 5 people checked in that week. Otherwise it says "not enough responses."
Smaller teams see monthly trends, so one person's hard week never stands out.
Individual status shows only for staff members who turn sharing on themselves.
Staff reach out through a private button, to a person they choose, rather than leaders guessing from data.
Tell your staff plainly: "I'll see how we're doing as a team. I won't see your answers." It's true, and it's why the check-ins stay honest.
How a Season Works
We set up your team. Each staff member gets their Anchor account and takes the Baseline Drift Assessment, so you have a shared starting point.
Staff do their weekly 7-Dimension check-in, workouts and devotionals. The team gets that week's scripture, video and challenge.
Open your dashboard, then use the huddle guide built from your team's themes. A devotional and one discussion prompt, ready to go.
A before-and-after report on how your staff has changed across the 7 Dimensions. Then start the next season.
